Rev. Fr. Tim Davison
Fr. Tim Davison grew up on a farm in Southern Ohio. He
did not enter the seminary until after high school. He spent
one summer at Sts. Peter and Paul while he was a seminarian,
serving with Fr. Koehan. Fr. Koehan told him that he would
be back and take his place some day.
Fr. Tim was ordained a couple of years later on May 31, 1985.
His first assignment as a priest was at St. Pius X with Msrg. Dorney.
He was there for four years because he served as a Deacon as well.
After that assignment, Bishop Beltran moved him to Christ the King
Parish and gave him the job as Chaplain at Bishop Kelley
High School. After one year, he was made Chaplain at the
University of Tulsa. He left Christ the King Church while still
serving as Chaplain for Bishop Kelley. Fr. Tim spent a total of
three years at Bishop Kelley and almost seven years at Tulsa Univ.
During those years he also served as Vocation Director for
the Diocese.
Bishop Slattery moved him to St. Francis Xavier Parish
but he also continued his duties at Tulsa Univ. and as
Vocation Director. Eventually, because of the
growth of St. Francis, he ended up being Pastor, with no special
assignments in the Diocese. That is what he has been doing for
the past four years. He served a total of seven years at St. Francis.
Fr. Tim came to Sts. Peter and Paul as pastor in July of 2003
