St. James Lay Ministries for the Sick: Visiting the sick and shut-ins in the Parish. CCD Program: Our religious education for preschool through high school. Teachers and aides instruct our children who attend public schools. RCIA: The program for those who wish to inquire about the Catholic Faith. This program leads those who wish to join our faith to entry in full communion in the Church. Altar Servers: Persons trained to assist the priest at Mass and other services. Eucharistic Ministers: Those who distribute the Eucharist at Mass and to the sick. Scouts: Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Camp Fire Boys & Girls. Ushers: Those who assist in the orderly seating of the congregation and assist in taking up the collection. Choir: Those who enjoy praising the Lord and enhancing the Mass through song.

Catholic Daughters: A service organization that provides lunch at funerals and does other service projects for the church and school. Meals-On-Wheels: Delivers hot food to the homebound members of the community. Happy Memories: Widows and widowers support group. Over 50's: Monthly potluck for those 50 and up. Parish Council: Advisory group for the Parish. Knights of Columbus: Men's fraternal service organization Rosary Making Group: Makes rosaries for the missions. Prayer Group: Meets 2nd and 4th Wed. of each month to pray. Youth Group: 6th - 12 th grades. Blue Line: Special prayer requests. Financial Council: Helps to organize finances for the parish and school. School Board: An advisory group for the school. Building and Grounds Maintenance: Help maintain the school building, the Church, and the grounds.
